I have had the privilege of meditating with Jo Darling throughout Lockdown. All I can say is that she is an earth angel – Through her daily calming meditation practices, I was able to find stillness and peace within myself to counter the chaos that Lockdown presented. Holding space with Jo enabled me to try slow down the madness around me, and allow positive, reaffirming thoughts into my world. Jo certainly has the right surname – DARLING. That she is - & I am most grateful for being able to experience the world of meditation through her.
I am new to yoga and I could not ask for a better teacher than Jo. During each practice she instils a deep understanding of all the movements, their functions and their benefits and how everything ties together holistically. Since I started my yoga and meditation sessions with Jo, I have learned the precious art of calming myself and to take the time to practice gratitude. The impact of this in my day to day life is unmeasurable and I am eternally grateful that I can undertake this journey with someone as special as Jo.
